Operator precedence?

In this video, Guil talks about how letters, numbers in strings, and numerical values compare to one another in terms of how JavaScript determines their value. I was a little confused by this and tried to figure it out on my own, but I'd love to know if there is a simple resource I could consult.

In the console, I was able to figure that 'b' > 'a' > 'B' > 'A' > '2' > 1. However, This was only using > and <, and when I tried to incorporate =, the synapses in my brain simply would not fire.
