CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Write Hexadecimal Colors

Paragraph element

Hi, having a little issue with this code challenge. When it asks me to change the paragraph element to black using a hexadecimal colors, I was pretty sure I was typing it out right, I've tried it out a number of ways but the paragraph element isn't even in the preview so I'm not even sure how I'm supposed to be checking my work. It just keeps saying the (p) is not selected.

A little difficult to pinpoint your specific problem without looking at your code but to select a paragraph in css you simple use "p" (without the quotes).

p{
    color:#000000;
}
