Payment issues! "team treehouse please help

Hi, I am having this error

You have an overdue payment, so you don't currently have full access to our learning material. If you're ready to start learning again, click here to update your payment method.

I am sure my debit card have enough money but still the website don't charge me. I am new user by the way so could you please fix it :(.

I sent emails many times to help@teamtreehouse.com but no answer :(.

:point_right: Try using the Contact Support button on the Support page.

But that email address should have worked also. You should probably make sure that teamtreehouse.com is "whitelisted" in your spam filter — otherwise it may be eating the replies.
