<?php

$integer_one = 1;

$bool = TRUE; var_dump($bool);
$colors = array('red', 'blue', 'green');
echo $colors [1];

29,679 PointsYou just need to delete var_dump($bool);
on line 8.
I'm guessing it's checking that only $colors[1] is printed, and since var_dump is printing to the screen, it sees that and is causing the error.

23,118 PointsTry removing the var_dump() after the $bool variable. The challenge is not asking for that and after that it should work. If not you can change the array to shorthand notation by using [ ]; It should work after you remove the var_dunp() method.

23,118 PointsOne other thing, make sure you index the array without spaces. you have a space from $colors and [1].
echo $colors[1];
