Courses Plus Student 4,246 Pointsphp datatypes challenge task 7 - Task one is no longer passing whenever i try to submit my code
Hi all,
I keep receiving "oops it looks like Task 1 is not passing" whenever i try to submit my last challenge :(. I don't understand how it's affecting task one. Have i placed my code correctly? Is this a bug?
<?php
//Place your code below this comment
$integer_one = 1;
$integer_two = 2;
$golden = 1.618;
$bool = TRUE;
$colors = array('red', 'blue', 'green');
echo $colors[1]
$favorite_colors = array(
'mike' => 'green',
'jane' => 'blue',
'chris' => 'yellow'
);
?>

Courses Plus Student 21,263 PointsI'm not sure what the question of the challenge is but at first glance it looks like your missing a semi-colon (;
) at the end of the echo.

Courses Plus Student 4,246 PointsDavid Thomas that's true but it was still still failing with the semi colon! Thanks for getting back to me.

Courses Plus Student 4,246 PointsI was able to do this by using this code found on one of the discussion posts!! It passes.
//Place your code below this comment $integer_one = 1; $integer_two = 2; $golden = 1.618; $bool = true; $colors = []; $colors = ['red', 'blue', 'green']; echo($colors[1]); $favorite_colors = array('mike' => 'green', 'jane' => 'blue', 'chris' => 'yellow');
