PHP Equivalent to bootstrap

Hi All,

bootstrap as you know it makes life a lot easier but what i was wondering was is there anything similar for PHP/MySQL? what would be cool is a site you can go to and copy the basic code for say a log-in/member site set-up and then adjust it with your choice of CSS and HTML

Does it exist?
