picture is showing up as question mark in blue box?

When i add the picture and refresh the browser, the picture is showing up as a question mark "?" in a blue box...?

It think the reason for the box you're getting is that the url pointing to the image is not correct. You should check it for errors.

Otherwise please share your code so we get a bit more understanding of what's up.
