2,159 PointsBy personal pics are you referring to ones stored on your computer? If so it's real simple. Make sure the images are in the folder with your HTML/CSS documents and type <img src="mypicure.jpg">. Substitute the name of "mypicture" with whatever name you labeled your picture as.
