I don't how to put the dictionary into .format()

return "Hi, I'm {name} and I love to eat {food}!".format(name=dict['name'],food=dict['food'])

Your code looks good! I think you're getting mixed up with the challenge here -- you don't actually have to create a dictionary, you just have to define a function that can accept a dictionary.
I don't want to give too much away, but I will say that you don't have to add anything. Measure twice, cut once!
