HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Organize with Unordered Lists

please tell me what I am doing wrong here

it's simple and looks like I'm doing it right but it isn't being accepted. if i'm missing something please let me know.

Your nav links are messed up:

          <li><a>"index.html">Portfolio</a></li>
          <li><a>"about.html">About</a></li>
          <li><a>"contact.html">Contact</a></li>

Anchor tags are structured like this:

<a href="folder/path/filename.html">Link Text</a>
