var temperatures = [100,90,99,80,70,65,30,10];
for (i=0; i<temperatures; i+=1) { // var i is an integer, integer will have to compare with another integer
//your case, var i, which is an integer is checking with an array, which is wrong
console.log (temperatures) ; //what you have to print is an element of an array, not the whole array
}
