Move your last < / a > to right after your < / h 2 > line.

I think that should do what you are looking for.

What Gary said. Right now you are closing <a href="index.html"> after your headers and navigation links. This is indicating that you want all of the nav links and headers to be linked to index.html, which is likely causing your issues. If you move </a> to right after your </h2> line like Gary indicated, then your headers are the only things that will be linked to index.html.
