Preview error

This is the code that i wrote on my work space as taught in the video, i have saved my work and even refreshed it a couple of times but when i preview it never shows a heading with my name it just says INDEX <!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <title>Khawaja Usman | Designer</title> </head> <body> <h1>Khawaja Usman</h1> </body> </html>

You are missing a few required tags such as html, head and body. It should look like the following:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Khawaja Usman | Designer</title>
  </head>

  <body>
    <h1>Khawaja Usman</h1>
  </body>

</html>
