CSS How to Make a Website Adding Pages to a Website Add a New Page

Preview not Opening Properly

I got back on Treehouse today to continue my lessons and when I tried to preview my work, a IE popup came on the bottom of the page asking "Do you want to open or save 19A4JHAO (2.21 KB) from ... rt-80-ucsep3tvun.treehouse-app.com?" I clicked open, then it asked me what to open it with, I chose IE, and when it opened, none of the images showed up and the CSS was not applied. Also when I clicked on the "About" link for which I just created the page, it said file not found. This is frustrating. I did not try to clear the browser cache yet.
