HTML HTML Basics Going Further with HTML Linking to Sections of a Web Page

Previously, we have linked the "read more" link to article.html Why must we now add #vr-article to the href?

Adding #vr-article now seems redundant since the "read more" link already redirects the user to the article.html page

Appending the #vr-article ID onto the end of the url will link to that specific section of the page. Meaning the page will be scrolled to that section once the page loads.
