Printing "Hi" as many time as the "count" What does it mean?

I don't really know how to do this? what does multiply the string means? how can I add it to my function?

def printer(count):
  print("Hi")

It means if count is for example 3 then the output should be Hi Hi Hi. You can achieve this by multiplying the string by an integer:

def printer(count):
  print("Hi " * count)
