Problem adding code to <footer> section

When I click to the right of the <footer> section in order to add the code for Twitter & Facebook, the line starts moving down the work space, and then IE crashes. I've tried it multiple times, same result. Have been able to complete all challenge tasks except this one.

Possibly a (hopefully temporary) bug with IE. I would just use Chrome - it's also a much better and faster browser.

I'd beg to differ. Times have changed, IE10+ have strong standards support. So this begs the question which version of IE are they using. I'd add that, there's no excuse for writting buggy code for modern versions of IE.

Thanks so much that is good advice.
