Problem when I resize browser window to mobile size

When I resize the browser to a small width, there is a blank space where the third image should be on the left handside. I can show a picture of the issue. It doesn't occur when the browser is at desktop size. Could it because of my browser type?

I figured it out: the text below the image was too lengthy. I changed them just letters, and the images snapped into place. If anyone can let me know why this did not work for me and did for Nick that would be awesome. Here is a link to a girl with the similar problem: https://teamtreehouse.com/forum/when-i-shrink-the-browser-there-is-a-blank-space-in-row-2-column-1-of-gallery-it-did-not-do-that-at-first
