HTML How to Make a Website Adding Pages to a Website Style New Pages

Problem with CSS "display: block;"

The Image moves up and to the right of the Logo and Nav blocks. If I remove the "display: block;" directive the image appears in the "section" part of the About page. Can't see what might be causing this at present.
