I can't understand what to do! anyone please explain it to me.
this is the question-->
Create a function named string_factory that accepts a list of dictionaries and a string. Return a new list build by using .format() on the string, filled in by each of the dictionaries in the list.
dicts = [
{'name': 'Michelangelo',
'food': 'PIZZA'},
{'name': 'Garfield',
'food': 'lasanga'},
{'name': 'Walter',
'food': 'pancakes'},
{'name': 'Galactus',
'food': 'worlds'}
]
string = "Hi, I'm {name} and I love to eat {food}!"
def string_factory(ditcs,strings):
the_answer = strings.format(**ditcs)
return the_answer

Treehouse Moderator 68,441 PointsYou are headed in the correct direction. The parameter ditcs receives a list of dictionaries. .
You need loop through the dict list to build up the_answer as a list of all the formatted strings.
For each dict in ditcs you can use **dict to populate the string.
