HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Include External CSS

Problem with normalize.css.zip file

When I unzip this file I see two files - one is _MACOSX file folder and the other is normalize which is only a note pad doc.
I can't move on with this lesson until I solve this problem.

Please help.
