When i use "bin/rails generate....." it says bin is not recognized as an internal/external command, so I try to use "cd bin" to go to the bin directary, and use "rails generate" command, and then it said "run bundle isntall to install missing gems, i run the bundle install but it says "could not find gem 'capybara....."
