Problems with string length objective/code challenge

What am I doing wrong?

These are the instructions: Create a new function named just_right that takes a single argument, a string. If the length of the string is less than five characters, return "Your string is too short". If the string is longer than five characters, return "Your string is too long". Otherwise, just return True.

strlen.py
def just_right(x):
    if len(x) < 5:
        print("Your string is too short")
    elif len(x) > 5:
        print("Your string is too long")
    else:
        return True

Hey Alex,

Everything is syntactically correct, but it's not what the challenge asked for. Challenges are very picky and instructions very specific.

Here the challenge is asking you to return the strings, but you are using print. If you change that to match the instructions, then the code will pass.

Everything else looks good!

Keep Coding! :) :dizzy:
