Project window doesn't show the same files and folders as what the project actually contains.

I'm running Android 5.0 on windows. In my project tab I get folders like "Manifests", "java" and "res" under the "apps" folder but when I explore the file path, the actual folder names are the same as those in the video, "build", "libs" and "src". Should I be concerned about this or is this just a feature of the newer feature.
