My code works in workspaces, but the Challenge Task says it is wrong.

def loopy(items):
    # Code goes here
    for item in items:
      if items[0] == "a":
        continue
      print(item)

You are very close. The question says, "If the current item's index 0 is the letter 'a'." You want your "if" statement to check item's index of 0 instead of the items, which is the entire list. Remember: items[0] is actually the entire first word of the list.

def loopy(items):
    # Code goes here
    for item in items:
      if item[0] == "a":
        continue
      else:
        print(item)
