My code works in workspaces, but the Challenge Task says it is wrong.

8,223 PointsYou are very close. The question says, "If the current item's index 0 is the letter 'a'." You want your "if" statement to check item's index of 0 instead of the items, which is the entire list. Remember: items[0] is actually the entire first word of the list.
