I have no idea how to get the count for each of the words used in the string.
I got this far but I am not sure if i did it right or if i am even going the right direction because it feels wrong to me.
Can someone help or point me to the right direction?
# E.g. word_count("I do not like it Sam I Am") gets back a dictionary like:
# {'i': 2, 'do': 1, 'it': 1, 'sam': 1, 'like': 1, 'not': 1, 'am': 1}
# Lowercase the string to make it easier.
def word_count(x):
list_words = x.lower().split()
x = {}
for word in list_words:
x[word] = 1
return x

is very helpful for this challenge.
import collections
def word_count(x):
arg = x.lower().split()
return collections.Counter(arg)
