I've run my code in the editor and it works fine.
However it doesn't work for Treehouse's.
Please help!
# E.g. word_count("I do not like it Sam I Am") gets back a dictionary like:
# {'i': 2, 'do': 1, 'it': 1, 'sam': 1, 'like': 1, 'not': 1, 'am': 1}
# Lowercase the string to make it easier.
def word_count(string):
string = string.lower()
key_list = string.split(' ')
dict = {key: key_list.count(key) for key in key_list}

4,874 PointsYou did an excellent job. Just split the string with whitespace which is the default one of split option. Do it as below and it will work. Good luck.
key_list = string.split()
