192 PointsQuestion about learning how to use HTML and CSS to create the original files with this video?
I am watching the Build a Simple PHP Application at http://teamtreehouse.com/library/build-a-simple-php-application/creating-the-menu-and-footer/including-the-header-2 and I downloaded the project files, which includes images, html and css.
I wanted to know if there was a prior video series that taught how to create this exact store front (with CSS, etc.). The CSS was awesome and I not only wanted to know how to write this, but how it was all put together so I could understand fully how it was developed, etc.
Is there a prior video series that would walk me through the creation of the "project files" that were provided to be downloaded as part of this training?
Please let me know.

42,016 PointsThere is not a series of videos that walk you through building the shirts4mike pages from scratch. You have to start with the project files that include the basic site layout and build from there. It seems they did this to save time from covering topics unrelated to php development, but I agree it would have been nice to start from scratch.

No, because it's assumed you have prior knowledge to understand HTML & CSS.

192 PointsJames, I didn't mean a prior video (within this specific PHP training) but a prior video "anywhere" on teamtreehouse that would walk through the development of this.
It would be very beneficial, if there was a training (maybe under CSS somewhere) that would actually show how to create this exact store website, or at least something "very" similar.
I'm asking if there's training on teamtreehouse that would walk me through how to create the necessary html and css (together) for this exact page or set of pages. If not, I think it would be great .. if on the PHP training, you could provide a link and say "if you want to learn how to create this store front - using HTML and CSS, prior to learning how to add the PHP functionality, go here". I just think it would be good to tie the two things together.
Similar to this training, where it's walking me through all of the necessary steps to create the store using PHP, etc., it would be nice if there was training on how to create this exact store using HTML and CSS.
That's my point. Is there anything close to this (in one training series)??
