Question about managing local Wordpress sites using desktopServer

Just to clarify, using the free version of desktopServer. You can only work on a maximum of 3 local sites? But when you're ready to upload the site live, you could delete the local version and make space for a new site, yeah?

Hi Kristian,

I don't really have an answer to your posted question, as I haven't used Desktop Server. This is just my opinion, but I found Desktop Server cumbersome and more complicated than it should be for what you need it to do.
I much prefer using MAMP (I'm assuming you're on a Mac from the video you linked from). If you're not, then the equivalent would be XAMMP on Windows.

Treehouse offers a different WordPress Course for Local WordPress Development that uses this instead of Desktop Server. Give it a look and see if you find it way more simple (as I do). And as far as I know, it's free and unlimited. :)
