I've had pretty good luck reporting issues like these here: help@teamtreehouse.com

I'm sure it would be good to take a screenshot of the issue, or at least to note WHERE and at what TIME (if in a video) the error was found. However, it's likely that the customer support team will stop responding to individual emails regarding error notifications if you email them frequently. (this has actually happened to me in the past with an organization that didn't utilize spell-check. haha!)
