Rails Authentication

Howdy,

I was wondering which gem others would recommend using for authentication? There are a variety of them (Sorcery, Devise, AuthLogic, etc.); however, I am unsure which one to focus on. This is my first time working with Authentication as well.

Hi Joe,

The popular one I recommend you is to use Devise gem which can provide a visitor registration with an email address and password, if you are using Facebook or Twitter, then use OmniAuth. It is depending on what you offer to visitors multiple choices. Other gems like AuthLogic or Socery is not much difference with Devise, you can try it. :)
