10,965 PointsRails installer for Mavericks ?
I was going to use the rails installer.org as the video advises, however it has a note saying not to use it until further notice.
is there an equivalent that will work with mavericks ?
will this track work with newer versions of rails ?
Thanks !

27,709 PointsI'd actually suggest starting with Jason's "Installing a Ruby Development Environment" first, followed by "Build a ToDo List Application with Rails 4" course instead. This serves as a great introduction to Rails, and you should be able to follow along fine. These courses are more up to date than the one you are asking about, and I believe will eventually be replacing the older videos.
