Hi there! It's not what they're after exactly. They are looking for you to split the available string at the semicolon and assign the result to sundaes without altering the original value of available. Also, your semicolon should be in quotations :smiley:

:bulb: Hint: your split method should be on the same line with your sundaes variable declaration.
