recover work space

I accidentally created a new file in a workspace and upon trying to delete that workspace i deleted the file i had been working on and deleted all my work, is there any way i could relaunch the workspace in some sort of default to where it starts somewhat close to where i left off before that video? the workspace was for the, "How To Make A Website" if it makes a difference.

Unfortunately workspace's default is a blank page. If you were to go to workspace from the tool bar on the left you will see that upon launching a new workspace you start from ground zero. Unless there is a way for support to restore you work, which I don't think there is, your best bet is to reach out to someone who is near to you in the course and see if you can copy and paste their work. I'd offer mine but I finished the course a while ago and have the work 100% done. I hope you can get help with this so you don't have to start from scratch. Best of luck!

Thank you so much for your help! it will be good review to go over it again anyways.
