Redirect isn't working

I've followed the tutorial several times, and i keep getting stuck on the first question. As i input the information into the text areas and submit the redirect does not take be back to books.php.

it will be good if you can post your code here, to help us help you better. anyway you might be typing this code incorrect to have cost the redirect to fail, secondary a redirect may fail if any html code get passed to the browser, it all depends on where you are using this redirect code.
