4,040 PointsResetting a Workspace
Is there a way to reset a Workspace to the state corresponding to the very start of a course?
For example, I start a course but I don't complete it. Some time passes and I come back to the course kinda "cold".
Would like to start the course from the very beginning with a "virgin" Workspace.
Any way to accomplish this?
Thanks,
Dale

Reset ... no. Start over ... yes.
If you launched the Workspace from within the course, all changes are saved as you progress through the course. If you go back to the beginning of the course and click "launch workspace" again, the one you have been working on will be the one to launch (including all your saved progress).
What you will need to do is click on the Workspaces link the the left nav bar (has <>) symbol. This will take you to all you saved Workspaces. Locate the one that is associated with the course you are wanting to start over. On the left side, there will be a 'gear' symbol. If you click on that you will get a pop-up that has the option to "delete workspace." Go ahead and delete it (MAKE SURE IT'S THE RIGHT ONE. THIS CAN'T BE UNDONE).
Once the Workspace is deleted, go back to the beginning of the course and "launch workspace." This will now be the original workspace for the course.
Hope this helps. Keep Coding! :)
