Please see below the code for responsive css. I have tried several times to save: cannot. Can't find the problem.
How does Nick expand / contract the preview pages- from mobile to lap-top width? I would like to do this in my own workspace.

max-width can be translated as "If [device width] is less than or equal to [insert pixels here], then {.....} " min-width can be translated as "If [device width] is greater than or equal to [insert pixels here], then {.....} "
