Responsive not working

I think I did everything right, but when I resize it below 480, it stays as 3 images in a row rather than switching to two... Yes, I have responsive.css linked after main.css

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) {

Responsive.css /*********************************************** TWO COLUMN LAYOUT ***********************************************/ #primary { width: 50%; float: left; }

#secondary { width: 40%; float: right; } }

/*********************************************** PAGE: PORTFOLIO ***********************************************/

gallery li {

width: 28.3333%; }

@media screen and (min-width: 660px) {

}

Main.css

gallery li {

float: left; width: 45%; margin: 2.5%; background-color: #f5f5f5; color: #bdc3c7; }

You need to identify gallery as an id so you need to add the # in front of gallery (as you did with #primary and #secondary above). As written, the code isn't selecting the correct element.
