CSS How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Adding Breakpoints for Devices

Responsive.css doesn't get recognized

EDIT: Nevermind, I found my nooby mistake. Plus I don't see how to delete a post

I am having trouble with getting the media queries to work. I have followed the instructions precisely, but still I'm not having any luck with this section of the course. I understand the principles, yet...

I have "<link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/responsive.css">" under the main.css on ever HTML page. I saved responsive.css in the corresponding folder as well. Of course I saved the changed made in my responsive.css style.

I am hoping someone could tell me the problem

Thank you in advance
