231,261 PointsThe function creates the variable "year". Then the task 2 instructions say "add a statement that returns this variable ..., but the code above is returning "getYear" instead (the function itself).
Also, in task 3 the instructions say "call the getYear function. Store the returned value of the function in a new variable named yearToday".
