Return value of function

Call the getYear function: store the returned value of the function in a new variable named yearToday.

please help me here i'm stuck

You forgot to store the result.

The challenge says, "Call the getYear function: store the returned value of the function in a new variable named yearToday."

You called the function, but you have not created and assigned the variable yearToday with the result.

Create a var to store the function;
