The challenge says, "Call the getYear function: store the returned value of the function in a new variable named yearToday
."
You called the function, but you have not created and assigned the variable yearToday
with the result.

function getYear() { var year = new Date().getFullYear(); return year; }
getYear();
var yearToday = getYear();
