rspec test fail - failures includes invalid CSS

When running the rspec test, I get the following failures. I am not sure why it is generating sass errors. Also, per some other questions, there seem to be some issues in the create_spec.rb as far as page titles and capitalization. Which should I use?

From the response, it looks like my failure is in the test in 'create_spec.rb'. I have tried various versions of the syntax for New todo_list (New Todo List, New todo list, etc.). I am not sure where the error is in my file.

My application is running fine in the browser. However, I can't get the test to run successfully.
