Rspec vs Minitest?

Hi there,

Is Rspec/factory_girl actually better that the default RoR test suite? I'd very much appreciate any opinions/ comments.

Nothing specifically against rspec but I've found that it's easy to keep adding more and more gems, and I'd rather stick with the basics if there isn't actually much value added.
