rvm is not recognized

Greetings, I am a windows user and i followed the rubyinstaller videos step by step .. However , I am not able to execute the rvm use command!. Also, the video โ€œGenerate a Rails Applicationโ€ starts with a different type of command prompt [1.9.3 [/projects]$ .. the teacher did not explain how to get or reach to this point of the command prompt. I used to find things very well explained on treehouse, this is the first time I get lost like this. I realized that somebody have already faced the same problem one year before (https://teamtreehouse.com/forum/having-trouble-getting-past-the-first-step) but could not find a solution there. Appreciate your help / feedback.

rvm is not available on windows, so that explains why its not working. if you installed ruby earlier you should be fine. you dont need to use RVM.
