Same origin-policy and CDNs?

I was wondering how you can load the jQuery library(or bootstrap or any other CDN) from a server outside your own without violating the Same-origin policy???

The src attribute, surprisingly, is not constrained by the Same Origin Policy. This means that a script element can be created which can go to any server, fetch a script, and execute it. ~ Douglas Crockford (creator of JSON & author of [JavaScript, the good parts])
