I don't know how to select the links, if there is many lists and many links. I haven't even learned of the child() method, so how am I supposed to select al <li>'s of the nav tag?
let navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll('ul')[0];

1,982 Pointsandren @andren I don't know why I can't see your response anymore, but I find it upsetting that they ask for a nested selection at the end of a video series that didn't even explain the concept. Am I supposed to feel the solution down my right foot? That is a major 'bug' there.
Thanks for the prompt replay and it worked.

1,982 PointsGood to know. Very helpful though that I got a quick response. I guess I'll be counting on that further on ha

1,982 PointsI did know about the CSS concept, I head no idea though to use it here though.

It's worth noting that Treehouse did cover the fact that
querySelector
andquerySelectorAll
could be used with CSS selectors in the Using CSS Queries to Select Page Elements video. But it's true that they never mention or demonstrate the descendant selector or anything like that in that video.You are far from the first person who have been confused about this challenge (it pops up on this forum fairly often), so I don't think you need to feel to bad about being confused. And I would agree that there should have been a bigger focus on nested selecting in the video proceeding this challenge.
