Set the character set for the page.

I fallow the steps, but I can't go next step. Any suggestion.

The problem is that you're using a hyphen instead of an equality operator in your code. It should look like this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <!-- Notice the use of an = between charset & "utf-8", instead of a - -->
    <meta charset="utf-8">
  </head>
  <body></body>
</html>

You almost have it right, the correct solution is:

<meta charset="UTF-8">

With an equal sign.
