Surely you can write some of the code if you break it down:
- "So, first, write a function named covers" — You can make a function, right?
- "that accepts a single parameter" — I'll bet you can do this too.
- "Have the function return a list of courses" — and can you create a new empty list to start with?
- what about a loop to iterate through the items in the dictionary?
- "where the supplied set and the course's value (also a set) overlap." — Hmm...
OK, for that last one you might need to review the Set Math video. There's a function discussed in there which will give you the items two sets have in common (the "overlap").
