There's an error in your font-family declaration.

h1 {
font-family: Changa One, sans-serif;
}

Should be:

h1 {
font-family: "Changa One", sans-serif;
}

Don't forget to wrap fonts with multiple words in quotes as such. Also, the font size resets later in your code if the screen size is larger than 480px wide. You'll want to place the media query after this.

Add the media query to the bottom of the css code, otherwise your css should be fine.
