Shortcuts commands NOT WORKING

For the WHOLE course the shortcuts commands DO NOT WORK! I have to indent, add comments and so on manually.... WHY?

You can also try to press ctrl + K + U.

Hello Jessica.

Maybe this could the same issue I had in the beginning when I tried to use the forward slash behind number 7, instead of using the divider in num pad. Try the / * - + keys.
